
Payment and Delivery

Full Payment Requirement: Full payment of the price and any applicable delivery charges must be made before products will be delivered or collected.

Payment Confirmation: Non-receipt of payment confirmation 24 hours before the scheduled transport of goods from the factory will result in delayed delivery.
Delivery Conditions

Accessibility: The customer must ensure that the place of delivery is accessible and that all relevant areas have been cleared prior to delivery.

Risk of Damage: The customer accepts the risk of all damages resulting from non-compliance with these delivery conditions.

Additional Costs: The customer will be charged for additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries, access problems, and/or failure to adhere to the appointed delivery/collection time.
Delivery Restrictions

No Hoisting: Products will not be hoisted over balconies or through windows. If hoisting is required, the customer must arrange it at their own cost.
Inspection and Acceptance

Product Inspection: The customer is required to inspect products upon delivery.

Natural Markings: Timber pieces may contain natural markings, which are not regarded as faults. Cracked Oak timber will contain cracks that may deepen over time.
Manufacturing and Delivery Times

Lead Times: Manufacture lead times and delivery times are subject to change, and customers will be informed of such changes via phone or email.

Custom Items: Custom-made items may take longer to manufacture.
Returns, Guarantees, and Maintenance

No Returns for Custom Items: Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Damage and Maintenance Requests: These are assessed individually for all items from the Signature Range.

Air Humidifier Recommendation: An air humidifier is recommended in areas with dry air conditions or directly below air-conditioning units.
